What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order of subscribe to our newsletter.
When placing an order on our site you will be asked to supply your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and the name of the bank that issued your credit card. To sign up to our newsletter you simply need to provide your name and email address. You may, however, visit and use our site and free resources completely anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you will be used in one of the following ways

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purpose of completing the product sale.
– To send periodic emails
Even though you must register your email to purchase a product, we will only send you our newsletter if you specifically sign up for it (on the top right-hand side of the sidebar). Our newsletters will contain website updates, links to free material not available directly on our site, and product updates, where applicable. At the bottom of every newsletter sent out are simple instructions for unregistering if you no longer wish to recieve the newsletter.
How do we protect your information?
The information that is collected via The Study Gurus is securely stored on our server and will never be sold, exchanged, shared or transferred.
The payment transaction is processed via the PayPal™ website. This is a secure facility hosted by PayPal that safely handles the payment and all of your sensitive information. At no point will The Study Gurus ever handle your credit card details.
